Supervisors have the ability to monitor their RBT and BCBA supervisees' monthly supervision requirements and progress.

Export Report/Summary
Access the Experience section from the Pinnacle menu.
Permissions for the My Supervisees Page
Permissions need to be set before Supervisors will see Supervisees on the My Supervisees page.
Supervisor conditions
- User has a supervisor team connection to the supervisee.

Supervisee conditions
- User has a supervisee team connection to the supervisor.
- User has the permission setting to the Experience > My Tracker page.

My Supervisees
Note: Your Supervisees have the option to select RBT Maintenance only , BCBA Certification only or both RBT maintenance / BCBA Certification.
- Click the My Supervisees sub-tab under the Overview main tab. The page displays RBT Maintenance , BCBA Certification or RBT maintenance / BCBA Certification progress bar(s) for the user's supervisees.
- Click the caret in the progress bar(s) to view the supervisee's monthly supervision requirements and progress.
RBT Maintenance
- This Month's Total - displays hours accrued for the current month
- Percent Supervised - displays hours supervised by user's assigned supervisors
- Total Sessions with Supervisor - displays total number of sessions with user's assigned supervisors
- Supervised Sessions with Client Present - displays number of sessions with the client and at least one assigned supervisor present
- Individual Sessions with Supervisor - displays the number of individually supervised sessions (as opposed to being in a group)
BCBA Certification -Monthly-
Number of Supervisor/Supervisee Contacts - The number in the center of the card reflects the number of supervision sessions in the current calendar month from all Logs with this Responsible Supervisor.
- At least 4 "Supervised Fieldwork" sessions are required.
- At least 6 "Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork" sessions are required.
- Hours Supervised - reflects hours from supervision sessions in the log with supervisors that have a BCBA Supervisor Qualification.
- Fieldwork Hours - reflects the sum of all "Duration" hours logged in the current calendar month with all BCBA Responsible Supervisors.
- Supervision Sessions with Client Present - reflects the number of supervision sessions from the logs where the Client Present.
- Individual Supervision Hours - reflects the percentage of all supervision session hours that were completed with "Supervision Type" saved as "Individual".

- Click the caret next to Previous RBT Maintenance Tracking to search for tracker information for previous months.
- Enter desired year and month to view related tracker information.
Note: click the caret in the RBT Maintenance and/or BCBA Certification progress bar to expand and hide all tracker information for selected supervisee.
BCBA Certification - Overall
- Adjusted Fieldwork Hours - reflects the number of supervised fieldwork hours combined with concentrated supervised fieldwork hours multiplied by 1.33.
- Supervised Unrestricted Activity - reflects the number of supervised unrestricted activity hours.
- At least 60% of hours must be supervised unrestricted activities.
- At least 60% of hours must be supervised unrestricted activities.
Export Report / Summary
- Click the Export as CSV button.
- Select the desired Report/Summary.
- RBT Maintenance Report - enter start/end date
- BCBA Supervisory Period Summary - enter start period (year/month) and end period (year/month)
- BCBA Adjusted Fieldwork Hours Report - click link and report automatically downloads.
- Click the Export button for the RBT Maintenance Report and BCBA Supervisory Period Summary
- The information downloads into an Excell spreadsheet.
Note: message displays if no data exists: "No Items were found within that range"
Comments
