Data Collection session summary options now include “N/A”
In order to allow data collection sessions to be used for more general purposes, the following required fields now have an “N/A” option: Client Present, Supervision Type, Activity Category. If “N/A” is selected for any of these session summary fields, the data collection session will NOT be included in any Experience Tracker logs.

Permission added to allow employees to maintain their own credentials records
A new permission option called “Edit own Credentials” has been added to the “Employees” section of Permissions. This allows employees who don’t have global access to the Employees section of the site to still be able to maintain their own Employee Credentials records.

Credentials report has been added
The Credentials tab in the Administration section has been enhanced to now include a Credentials Report tab. This report lists all of the Employee Credentials that have been entered for your organization. The report can be filtered by various fields, and can also be exported.

RBT Maintenance Tracker calculations
The “Supervised Sessions with Client Present” calculation on the RBT Maintenance Tracker was not including Pinnacle observation sessions (where Client Present was marked Yes). Only supervision sessions manually entered in a log were being included in this field calculation. This issue has been resolved.
